For a minimum single-receipt purchase of P8,000 with P500 worth of participating items, customers will get a chance to win iPhone 17 Pro Max 1TB from The Marketplace!

1. Who can join the promo?

1. Promo is open to all The Marketplace customers who are 18 years old and above and purchase a minimum single receipt of P8,000 with P500 worth of participating items within the promo period from November 10 – December 31, 2025.
2. The owner, management, and employees of The Marketplace, their advertising agencies, spouse, and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of affinity or consanguinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.

2. How to join, register, and send entries?  

1. Customers must have a minimum single-receipt purchase of P8,000 with P500 worth of participating items.  
2. Applicable on regular straight transactions using cash, debit card, and credit card that is contactless-enabled.
3. The promo does not apply to any e-commerce site.
4. A customer is entitled to one (1) e-raffle entry for every P8,000 spent with P500 worth of participating items.
5. A promo code will be provided to the customer on the official receipt of the participating The Marketplace outlets.
6. The customer must visit iphone17promax.themarketplace.com.phto register their personal identifiable details and the promo code.

7. An email containing the OTP (One Time Password) will be sent to the customer’s nominated email address. The customer will have to enter the said OTP into the required field to finalize the registration.
8. Once the OTP is valid, the customer’s info is now registered. The mobile number and nominated password will serve as the log-in assets of the customer for future transactions.
9. Once registered, a customer may submit multiple promo codes for more chances of winning.
10. If the promo code is valid, the system will display the customer’s earned e-raffle entries.
11. The promo can’t be availed in conjunction with other e-raffle promotions.

3. Determination of Winners/Prizes:

1. This promo will have 1 winner to win iPhone 17 Pro Max 1TB! This includes the following inclusions located at the Grand Draw section.
2. Only the customers with VALID and INPUTTED promo codes are qualified to be chosen for the e-raffle. The more entries sent the more chances of winning.
3. The customer may only win once.
4. The deadline for submission of entries is December 31, 2025 at 11:59 PM.
5. When and where will the Grand Raffle Draw Happen?

4. Notifying Winners

1. The winners will be notified through their registered mail, e-mail, and a phone call by a representative of The Marketplace.

5. Claiming of Prizes

1. Upon claiming his/her prize, the winner must present the grocery receipt from The Marketplace (with the Target Message located below the receipt), registered notice together with two (2) valid forms of identification or government-issued I.D., including Driver’s License, SSS I.D., Passport, Birth Certificate, TIN Card and a valid Tax Identification Number (TIN) bearing the full name mentioned in the entry of winning coupon.
2. In claiming prize via representative - signed authorization letter, ID of winner (i.e. driver’s license, passport, SSS, TIN, voter’s ID, etc.) and representative registered notice must be presented.
3. For Metro Manila winners, claiming prizes is at The Marketplace Head Office at Robinsons Retail Holdings, Inc. Building, 110 Eulogio Rodriguez Jr. Ave, Bagumbayan, Quezon City, 1110 Metro Manila, from Monday to Friday at 10AM to 4PM only.
4. For winners outside of Metro Manila, claiming prizes is at the nearest The Marketplace outlet as stated in the receipt submitted, from Monday to Sunday at 10AM to 6PM only.
5. In the event that winners cannot present the winning receipt, the winner needs to execute a duly notarized affidavit of loss. A 60-day waiting period shall be imposed as soon as the affidavit is submitted to The Marketplace in order to ensure the veracity of the claim.
6. The prize is transferable but not convertible to cash or any other item. Prizes may be transferred to whoever the winner wishes to nominate, as long as the nominated is able to satisfy the requirements for the claiming of the prize.
7. Redemption of prizes shall be within 60 days from the receipt of the registered notice; otherwise, the prize will be forfeited in favor of The Marketplace with upon prior approval of DTI.
8. The Marketplace shall shoulder the 20% prize tax for the prizes exceeding P10,000.00.
9. The owner, management, and employees of The Marketplace, their advertising agencies, spouses, and relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining this promotion.
10. Announcements of winners will be posted on The Marketplace's social media accounts such as Facebook and Instagram (@themarketplace) The winners should agree for their photos to be taken for purposes of posting on the social media accounts of The Marketplace.

       6. Control Measures for E-raffle promo

Draws are to be witnessed by a DTI Representative:

• DTI Representative shall be invited to check, test, validate, and verify the computer system for receiving entries and registration assigning random computer-generated raffle entries, and drawing of winners.
• A copy of the said system shall be sealed in an envelope and signed by the DTI representative for safekeeping of Megamobile, for verification of DTI at any time.
• A printed copy of the properties of the program shall be given to the DTI representative after verification. The DTI representative shall check the database of the promo.
